My wedding is in December of this year, and I’m really struggling to eat right, exercise, etc. I’m currently in the process of moving, and wedding planning, and job hunting. So my excuse list is long. May is the busy month for me, and I know once June rolls around I’ll be able to workout, food shop, etc. But I don’t want to wait a month to get started. Brides to be HELP. What are easy things I can do to get healthy and get back on track.

@GreenEyedLady13: Eating healthy plus regular exercise… It’s easy to make excuses that you’re too busy to work out but if you even did 30 minutes a day 3-4 times a week to get used to the routine of MAKING time to work out and eat healthier meals/portion control you would probably see a difference.
I was really into bootcamp classes for about 2 years and the schedule forced me to work out. Now that I actually enjoy working out and feel good when I work out, I can do it on my own. It’s all about incorporating a workout in your weekly routine!
