Hello Bees!!!
I’m starting my massive pre-wedding fitness regime tomorrow and wondered if anyone else wants to buddy up?
I’ve got about 10kg id like to drop before my wedding, and have developed some fairly bad eating habits since moving in with SO, so I’ll be overhauling my diet as well. Hellooo to the next few months of salads!!!
Anyway – if any ladies would like to get involved and maybe make a group thread I’d love to hear from you all!!

Sure… I usually eat pretty well, started to work out again. Although, I need my a** kicked to lose 10-15 lbs in 6 months. Could use all the help I can get!

I’m in! I want to lose at least 25 lbs. I have already cleaned up my eating quite a bit but need to get the work out component in gear. Looking forward to chekcing in with you ladies!

I’d love to! I’ve lost 22 lbs so far through diet, but still have about 20 left to lose before the big day and I’m noticing that things are getting loose so i need to tone it up!

I have lost 7lbs so far and hoping to drop 13 more for the wedding… It’s getting close… Just over 100 days to go! Hope I can do it!
I’ve been doing weight watchers and started doing hot zumba once a week – trying to add some gym time in this week!
This week my goal is to stay within my daily points and not go over and to get to the gym 2 times in addition to zumba! What are your goals this week ladies?!

I’m in too. I’d like to lose about 10 – 15 pounds. My goal is to go running 3 times this week.

Count me in! I’m looking to get back to running a few times a week and to make better eating choices (hello, fruits and vegetables, goodbye Wendy’s). If I can lose ten pounds along the way, even better.

Count me in. My wedding is next year and I want to drop 20 lbs by then. More importantly I need to tone my back and arms (triceps).
