Hi ladies! At midnight, my wedding is officially in 100 DAYS!! It’s time to kick my booty in gear! What is everyone doing to tone up /lose weight for their wedding day/honeymoon??? I need a bridal buddy to keep me accountable and suggestions as to what I should be doing!

I am on the South Beach Diet, WII ACTIVE and Your Shape, Pilates for the ball, and some other 30 min workout dvd (haven’t began that one yet). I am going to buy the swimsuits for my honeymoon as motivation.

im doing weight watchers! that keeps me accountable! plus its a great lifestyle change! i have lost 17lbs so far! 🙂

Food and exercise!
I cut carbs a little bit (I usually have like, 1 portion a day, but then I only had some every few days). Seems like not enough carbs, but being gluten free, I don’t eat much carbs to begin with.
I was doing karate twice a week, spinning classes 3-4 times a week followed by strength training. I was in the best shape of my life – and am usually in a good shape as well…

Trying to watch what I eat a bit more, my Fiance joined a kickball league (and we absolutely love it!) and I do a weekly boot camp workout class with a trainer. I’m going to get one the 30 min pilates dvds to do during the day when i’m bored at work I think.

Ooh and try to work out first thing in the morning! It burns more fat/calories and sets your metabolism in high gear.

I have been doing a bootcamp class, but at once a week i’m not sure it’s helping much. We are two months away so now I am incorporating a coulee hike/climb once a week and some jogging on my own time inbetween. I also walk daily. In a month I will be cutting carbs and watching my diet more.
