I’d think you should be fine with just a strapless. I wore a long-line bra with my corset-back dress, but I feel like that might be uncomfortable for you if you’re already doing the long-line Spanx.

Even though I’m an E cup, I’m going braless!  My dress has anough support up top to keep the girls up and in.  Maybe try it out at the fitting?  I do have to wear strapless bras occasionally and I love the one I have from Panache.  It’s really comfy for us busty ladies 🙂

Yeah, I think that sounds perfect. What’s the bust like on your dress?

Ooh, gorgeous. I think a strapless bra would work just fine then. I’d just look for one that you’ll be comfortable in (well, as comfortable as possible) for the whole day!

@Miss Eagle:  Good question. Usually, I’d say yes, but in thinking about it, my long-line bra was white, though I don’t think it really matters. Are you worried about color in case it’s accidentally visible somehow? Is your dress white or ivory?

Anyone have reccomendations for fantastic strapless bras?  I have a Fantasie strapless bra that is great for slipage, but it would be nice to find one that gives a bit of cleavage!

@Miss Eagle:  You could probably go with either. If you’re worried that a sliver of the bra might peek out at some point, my thought was that white would blend in a bit better with your dress. But honestly, I’d never thought of that question before because my long-line bra stayed well concealed underneath my dress.
