I was absolutely in your position a month out! Heck, I was in your position a few months out! I was just so tired of my life focusing on the wedding. It is an amazing feeling once it’s all finally over and you’re married with your husband :o)

Hi TDizzle,

What you are going through is perfectly normal.   That’s why there is a whole “emotional” tag on the Weddingbee board.  Here is some interesting information that may help you realize you are not alone:

* A friend of mine straight up eloped to Las Vegas. She had not a thing to plan except the date and the airline tickets,  but she also felt the bridal burnout that you describe.

* Another friend is a wedding planner, and she felt the same bridal burnout for her own wedding.

It’s a time of change, and a lot needs to be thought about. It’s understandable that you (and other brides) feel the burnout.   However, the energy will come back!  Us bees are here to support you!

Best wishes!

I’m far away from my wedding date and it’s already happening! I’m trying to be positive and I would advise the same!!!!

I went through this as well.  I think it’s completely normal.  It’s just a very overwhelming time but you will get through it!  And you’ll be glad!!!!!
