I recently stumbled upon this amazing etsy shop that does boutonniere’s, bridal bouquets, Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquets, headpieces, ECT. They are all so beautifully prepared and they’re preserved flowers so they’ll last forever (which I love).
I am pretty much set on buying those supplies for the bridal party, however… is it going to look weird if the centerpieces are different?
I was also thinking of just doing baby’s breath centerpieces. But, I guess I’m not really getting a good picture of what it’s going to all look like.
I guess what I’m asking is, does it matter if the centerpieces are different from the flowers in the bridal party and if it is… what would you suggest?

You do nor have to match the centerpieces with the bouts and bouquets. Many brides don’t.
Centerpieces can be anything you like. It’s nice to add some of your color scheme to the centerpieces. You could do the babies breath centerpieces and use colored vases in your color scheme, or add small vases with colored flowers.

@julies1949: Thank you! The flowers wil be in these cute little mason jars my fiance and I made, so there will definitely be color! I was also thinking about wrapping a glass bottle in jute and putting a different kind of flower in that.

I had my grandma make silk flower bouquets for each of the bridesmaids. I had a brooch bouquet, and my centerpieces were colored wine glasses with lavender like plants in each one of them. Down the isle, I had Alyssums (similar to baby’s breath) on stumps in their own little brown pots. Needless to say, the bridesmaids bouquets did not come close to the centerpeices.
