Does anyone have descriptions on the finest bridal illusion weight available? Does all bridal illusion yellow over time? Might any type of bridal illusion veil ever be worth $600? Would it be better to buy a silk veil, even if less perfectly cut by comparison, and only $400. Silk tulle seems like the obvious choice, but in which instance would a bridal illusion ever be $600? Very torn between the two options because I don’t know enough about veils.
I’m looking more for an education on this, as opposed to an opinion on best value.

I heard silk tulle is less sheer then the bridal illusion.

Silk tulle is softer, has stretch, and is more opaque, it tends to cling to the face whereas bridal illusion tends to have more body, Kate Middleton had a slik tulle veil and you can see what i mean if you google her wedding photos, it really depends on the look you want for your veil as that will dictate which material is better

jmbee: I like the fullness of Chelsea Clintons veil more than the drape of Kate Middleton’s veil. If you’ve ever seen Bridewars, Kate Hudson’s veil’s fullness (fingertip length for me) is what I’m going for. Thank you so much for your time. I tried to add pictures but can’t figure out how on the device I’m using.
