I’m in the Baltimore area too.  I haven’t done a trial yet.  But she’s asking $120 for traditional bridal make up.. An extra $20 for air brush and an extra $20 for lashes.

I paid $40 at the local ULTA salon and my makeup looked ethereal in photos.  That’s a normal price for airbrushing which does make a difference in my opinion but not enough to warrant the extra cost for my wedding.

mine will be $150 for makeup trial and day of (plus $25 for eyelashes, if i decide on that), plus tip

i got lucky with my hairstylist- she’s coming to my mom’s house on her own (not as a part of the salon) and will do my hair for $50. Same for the trial.

I’m paying $400 for makeup & hair…… O_O

Yeah it’s a lot, but im ok with it bc my MUA is amazing and well known all over. And i want to look amazeballs on my wedding lol.

I know how to do makeup, and i could easily do it myself, i did my engagement makeup and will do my cultural ceremony makeup, but i dont want to look the same as i always do.

I know that if u go to MAC and arrange an appt with them, they do it for $50-$75. You dont pay the MUA you’re actually paying for $70 worth of makeup. You can always tip them afterwards 😛

Tthat’s actually pretty cheap. My bridal make up is about $500 including hair and make up.

im paying $245 for both trial and day of hair and make-up.  My ladies are paying $50 for make-up and $75 for hair.

I’m having this done in Ottawa and when I considered that I’m getting it done twice it seemed ok.  I wanted to get our make-up done at MAC.  They do a make-up application if you buy $50 worth of product which seems like a pretty sweet deal to me since MAC is great, but they couldn’t do all of us at the same time so maybe I’ll just do that before my bachelorette since I need new make-up anyway.
