Am I the only feeling like I’m bleeding money for bridal gifts?? I have 5 girls – 2 sisters, 1 niece, and 2 friends. I spent a good few hundred dollars on the BM’s which included an embroidered spa bag filled with chocolates, hand crafted soaps, wedding day survival items and a gift card for a mani/pedi at the spa where we will be relaxing the day befor the wedding. I’m thinking about flower girl presents, ring bearer, usher, parents, plus the groomsmen. I feel like it’s getting out of hand. How much did you bees spend on your bridal party? What is appropriate and did you start to get CRAZY over how much you are spending in gifts? Am I alone?

When it comes to stuff like this, what’s “appropriate” is really how much you can afford. And you can certainly get meaningful gifts that don’t cost a ton, especially for people like the flower girl and ring bearer. Did your Fiance have thoughts on what to get the groomsmen?

I am paying for Bridesmaid lunch (there is a food festival on in our city, so we’ll be attending that), and their Manicures/Pedicures (I only have 4 girls). I am also buying them bracelets to wear at the wedding. Not sure what else to do, if I need to do anything at all. I’m averaging about $100 on each of them.

Yes this is alot, but remember that these are all people who are giving of themselves (time and their own money) to make your day special and are deserving of thanks.
