Are they ushers or groomsmen? Because typically ushers don’t stand up next to the groom and thus don’t participate in the recessional. If you want them to be part of the recessional and intros though, I would just have them go individually.

I think it would be awkward for two guys to walk in together because usually the bridal party is introduced as “Bridesmaid A, escorted by Groomsman A”.  So for 2 guys, it would be a little weird to have one “escorting” the other. I suppose the DJ could just say “Groomsman A and Groomsman B”, but I would have them walk individually for the intro into the reception.

I think it’d be awkward with them being paired up. IMO having them walk in alone is fine.

Well you could have each Bridesmaid or Best Man escorted by 2 groomsmen.  Then you would have 3 men leftover.  They could just walk in at the same time and just introduced as groomsmen not escorting anyone.  That way it’s always 3 people entering.

Or, you could have all the Bridesmaid or Best Man enter at once and then all the Groomsmen enter after.

You could also skip the introductions.  Maybe just include the best man and Maid/Matron of Honor and you and your husband?

we skipped the introductions – it totally wasn’t us!

You could have them escort the mothers, or flower girls or grandmas!

I think it’s fine for 2 men to walk in together–especially if your friends are really energetic types. I think it will elicit a big cheer! The DJ can just introduce them as 2 groomsmen. It doesn’t seem awkward to me.
