I’m going to Toronto for the weekend and was planning on going to Sash and Bustle but just found out it’s closed for the next week or two!
Does anyone have any suggestions for other bridal salons? I’m looking for more interesting dresses, tea-length or not white or something with flair. Or even just fantastic customer service.

How about Ritche on Avenue Road? They’ve been around forever and it’s a posh place. Not sure what their selection is for more unconventional styles but they should be well-stocked! Good luck! 🙂
Oh!!! Another place just came to mind – Fashion Crimes/Misdemeanor on Queen St W. They may be more into handmade custom dresses though…but, my goodness, I adore that store. It’s like girly paradise. They can totally do more interesting dresses for you – they are so creative there!

@mrs-evans: Becker’s Bridal is an institution on the Danforth. You might want to stop by there. My good friend got her dress there, and I wish I had too (my salon was a nightmare, but it was in Woodbridge, not Toronto).
Have a blast! 🙂

If it’s not too late, you may want to try Cabaret Vintage on Queen West. They have their own line of dresses, many of them are shorter. Also, I second Becker’s Bridal. That’s where I found my dress.
