I used Sarah Morgan Bridal on Etsy. Her beading was gorgeous, and I believe she does custom work.

You can go to your local higher end fabric store. They sell beaded, pearl and rhinestone appliques in many different shapes and sizes. As the beading is already done, you( or your seqmsteress)just have to attach it to the ribbon. You can also buy these online.

If you can’t find the color ribbon you need locally, you can order it online.

This Etsy seller seems to have the quality of beadwork you like. The belt isn’t a replica of the Watters. But I’m sure you could send them a photo and they could re-create it. Or maybe you could see if the dress shop can order the Watters belt with a different color ribbon.
