Also, did you pay the price for Robin Jillian which might be more than the Allure you were sold? That is NOT ok if so!

@ColoroftheSky:  Good thing you love it but if they lied, they need to refund you if you paid more than I think $1300 for this dress.. at least $1100 I am sure!

i would say gett your deposit back!! and get it from a store you can trust… you cant even be sure that they ordered the right dress and that is scary enough to make me run..

I think at the very least you need to try to make sure they actually ordered the right dress….

is there any way you can ask someone to have a look at the dress to make sure it is an Allure, such as contacting Allure and Robin Jillian and ask their opinion and tell them about your situation, i think they can do something as if they are the original designer of the dress, they will know whether it is their dress or not and which store they sell their dresses. hope this help.

Wow! That dress is gorgeous! I would contact the store and cancel your order. Getting a dress from a reputable store will save you a lot of heartache in the long run.

If there was an Allure trunk show, you should have gotten a trunk show discount on your dress.  Definitely call and complain, if not get your $$ back and cancel the order.

Ooh, that was my pick until I had to change my look to better suit my venue – agree they need to give you the allure trunk show price, but I thought this dress was so flattering on and just light and sexy and gorgeous!!  You will look amazing on your wedding day, don’t let this crappy vendor spoil your dress-love!

@ColoroftheSky:  Put on your big girl panties, you can do it!  You paid for an item that was misrepresented.  Ask to speak to a manager, explain what happened and what you would like done.
