Wow! I’d be super pissed, too! I’m sorry that they put you in that situation. Is there anyway that you can talk to the store manager or owner? It’s definitely their fault, especially with proof of the size change.

I am sorry this is happening. I would have her print out the emails and talk to the manager. That is not right for them to make her pay for a new dress.
