Do you have a color scheme in mind?

I googled some pics that may help you with decor. Some of the pics may look a little extravagant, but it’s just something to give you an idea. If the tables are rectangular you can do a runner in either a pale pink or green with a vase (you can get really nice ones at a dollar store or craft store) of fresh flowers. Or, if the tables are round, you can do paper doilies as place mats and a vase in the middle with pink and green flowers (something similar to the last pic). I’d get some streamers, a banner that says congratulations, some balloons etc.

For food you may want to check out a local caterer. I don’t know what your budget is, but you could have a variety of gourmet sandwhiches, a fruit salad, and a regular salad, a cake or an assortment of desserts like cookies/pastries. Then maybe do 2 side dishes. Again, it depends on how many people are coming to the shower, but if you can find a caterer, they may be able to put something really nice together for you. Hope this helped:)

What time are you doing the shower? For food you could do just desserts OR you could do finger foods. In my circle of friends, we share the responsibility of bringing food/drinks. Even if we’re not hosting, if you come to the party you bring something to eat. I love the idea because it’s not a burden to the host money-wise. Have you thought about doing that? I’m sure you could get some AMAZING homemade cakes/pies and hot dishes going that route 🙂
