I’m currently trying to think of FUN bridal shower games. Not like the traditional “whats in your purse” game etc. I want games that people will want to play and be interactive. Also, I would like to know what kind of prizes to give out!
Thanks in advance 🙂

Honestly, I hate games at showers. I really don’t konw any games that people enjoy.
The only game I’ve ever played that was somewhat ok was each guest got a piece of paper numbered 1-10. The host asked 10 questions about the bride/groom (ie: “Where was their first date”) and you had to write the answer down. The person who got most right, won. Even then….in my experience people don’t really enjoy games.

Prizes: Dollar Tree, Target and Michaels dollar bins: pretty paper straws, candles, colored jars you can fill with candy, cute stationary, hand soap, pretty napkins, wine glasses, nail polish, patterned nail files, lotion, etc!

No games, adults can keep each other entertained with conversation

Yeah, I’m not a fan of shower games either. Gift bingo isn’t too bad, and you could put out worksheets of bride and groom trivia, wedding word scrambles, etc… if you want. Avoid forced participation!

Alexis2 : I love shower games and think they are fun!! My shower this past weekend and these are the games we played:
Hunk from the 90s: eveyone had an envelope with a hunk from the 90s and one of them was my Fiance. The person who had my Fiance was the winner!
Who knows the bride best: a game with some straight forward and some obscure questions about the bride. Winner got most answers correct.
How well does the bride know the groom: kinda like the newlywed game. Bride has to match answers to questions previously asked the groom. Wrong answers, she has to put bubble gum balls in her mouth…making future answers harder!
Make a dress out of toilet paper: break the guests into teams of 3ish and give them a roll of toilet paper. Each team has to make the best toilet paper dress, bride judges.
Another game we played for my sister’s shower was…
Going on the honeymoon: pack a bunch of stuff the bride will take on the honeymoon in a suitcase. Blindfold the bride, and she has a time limit to put the things in the suitcase on!
We just did small prizes of candy in bags, and the last one was my sister had all the guests incorporate my favorite color into their outfit, and I chose my favorite outfit, and they got an extra favor of a split of bubbly rose.
