I’m trying to plan a bridal shower, and am having trouble with the wording for the actual invitation. I have been searching for 2 days online and nothing has come up. I just have the simple blank invitation bought at michaels, with two hearts on the top, for a print it yourself invite.
The shower is going to be very small in my mom’s basement. We bought mini clip boards for everyone (going to invite 13 people) at the dollar store, and going to decorate with stickers and put their names on them etc. There is going to be drink and food, more like snacks for a brunch idea with champagne and orange juice. There will be games to play, like who knows the bride/groom, and others with prizes. Then cupcakes and all of that good stuff.
I also bought a recipe binder from Hallmark, comes with blank recipe cards to match the binder. I would like all the guests to at least fill out 2 recipe cards, or more sense there aren’t many people. I want to know if I should put 2 cards in the invite, or 3, or just somehow say in the invite to bring recipes to fill the cards out there.
Here’s all that I want for sure in the invites: To mention fun and games, beverages and food. recipe cards or to bring recipies.
Thank you all for reading! I can’t wait to hear any responses to help me!!
