I’m hosting a bridal shower in a couple of months. We’re doing a money tree for the furniture for the bride and groom’s new house (I know not everyone likes this idea, but this is not the point of the post). Because of that, there won’t be a gift opening portion during the shower. It will be fairly large 15-20 people, including grandmother, girlfriends, aunts, a cousin with downsyndrome.. so a varied audience. I know people don’t like a ton of games at a shower, plus it will be a diverse group. Any suggestions as a good way to pass the time, any games/ activities that you’ve seen that go over well?
Would love to hear your suggestions!

@futuremrs1986: lol, I have to start by saying that I chuckled at “fairly large” with 15-20 people. My bridal shower had over 50! Anyways, we included this one game that everyone loved.
A bridesmaid wrote letters (boldly) on large pieces of paper. Each letter represented something that was important to us..
“T” The letter of both of our first names
“B” The first letter of my soon to be last name
“O” Our favorite vacation spot, OBX, NC!
The BM announced the importance of the letter, then flipped the card so everyone could see what the letter is. When she flipped it, the ladies had to dig into their purses to find something that started with that letter!
Everyone pulled out the most random items! For the letter “S” a younger guest pulled out and entire can of… Sprite! Everyone LOVED this game!!
