i am a fan of the red lips – gorgeous on you! Not so sure about the big eyeshadow even though it is in a soft shade. I imagine when your hair is styled- it will all look amasing!

The eyeshadow is a touch dark but otherwise, beautiful!

I think it’s gorgeous but it depends on your style of wedding. For instance, I think it would look out of place in an outdoor summer wedding.

Winter wedding though – perfect! I can see you’re getting married in Feb but I don’t know where. 🙂

If you don’t want “traditional” bridal, don’t. Just remember you have to look back at these for years to come. As long as you’re happy. 🙂

I like the idea, but found the execution to be a bit overdramatic, personally. Every single part of your face is shouting (eyes, lips, rouge, eyebrows). I had to look for a while before I noticed how pretty you are!

silkybutterbee:  This. IMO, your MUA either needs to tone down the lips or the eyes. Having both be so over the top is just distracting. As PP said, I had a hard time noticing your natural beauty. All I see is your makeup.

You look great, but it looks like the makeup is wearing you, as opposed to accentuating your features and complimenting you. This is not what you want. I think you can pull off that bold look, but so much thick, black eyeliner isn’t great for someone with your colouring. In addition, I worry that the foundation is too obvious, and too white. If you like her MUA, I’d go for another trial that’s more toned down.

You are naturally stunning so honestly it’s overkill and it takes away from your effortless beauty. I like the idea but it could be executed a lot more delicately. The brows and the shadow are too much. I think slightly more natural eyes with the red lips would be amazing. You are so so pretty so you really need someone who knows how to enhance it rather than cover it up.

The make up looks great but I do feel it is a bit much. Like others have said, you are naturally stunning and your features would probably shine much more beautifully without so much makeup.

With dark eyes and lips and contouring it just looks like stage makeup IMO. You are beautiful but with that look all I see is x1000MAKEUP!!!!!

I can’t see what you look like underneath. No doubt you are a lovely woman, but there’s so much going on that I can’t see the ‘real you.’

Regardless of the style you’re going for, you never want to have dramatic lips AND eyes. Your make up artist should know that it should be one or the other but not both.

As prior posters noted, you’re a beautiful woman. You don’t want people to be so focused on the make up that they don’t see YOU.
