We are having a courthouse ceremony at the begining of the week and then another non-legal ceremony with all our friends and family on the Saturday. Saturday is sorted, I have my dream dress, but the courthouse outfit needs some help.
I always had this vision that I wanted a boho farm wedding and city-chic courthouse ceremony. I bought some white wide-leg trousers and loved the, but now I’m struggling to finish my look.
Does anyone have some photos of bridal looks with trousers to help insipre me again?

Google bridal pantsuit, you might find a bit more. A cape veil would be pretty cool for this!
I like the sparkly top on this one

I love the trousers bee, are you trying to make it look more bridal? In that case I think a white top would look better than the black floral one. There is tons of inspo on pinterest.

Really loving that cape idea, thank you
yes, definately want to feel more bridal, the floral top is actually just the dress I had one when trying the trousers, so had it all pulled up. some great photos though, thank you.
some great links, thank you.

I think the white trousers are a really cute idea. Since they’re wide leg, I would pair them with a chic white blazer, with no shirt underneath(& make sure it’s buttoned in the right places):
This one is Monique Lhuillier but I’m sure you could get a nice one anywhere. Just make sure the whites match! It would look super cute with a slicked back ponytail and pointed toe shoes.

I like the idea of a fitted wedding dress topper since the trousers are wide-leg. It gives it balance. If you go with a blazer, make sure it’s fitted well. Keep it sleek, not sloppy. 😁

I think those huge legged trousers are really hard to wear, even the thin models have odd baggy shapes at crotch and bum unless they are in a very posed position . I think you have to be very careful which ones you choose.
Having said that, yes, a close fitting top is the way to go.
( not the point l know, but you would look great in that Monique Lhullier suit)

I used to really like the whole 2 piece suit look, but I was put off it when some looked very boxy and un-bridal.
I think I am leaning more towards something like this…

I like your trousers, and they look lovely on you!!~
BHLDN has a variety of separates that might be worth looking at. I saw a few lacy tops there. Esty also has a bunch of sequined tops that migth be of interest. A bridal jumpsuit might also be feasible with trousers too.
Good luck, bee! I would love to know what you find!!

I also found a top a while back that i quite liked but in the wrong colour (can’t see to find it now), the only way i could describe it, it was almost architechtural. posibly one shoulder or off shoulder, but was higher on one side with big folds in quite a stiff material. But can’t find anything like that.
