I’m reviving because we need help too.
Our top contenders are the theme song from Austin Powers…I’d love this…but I’ve been accused of being lame for throwing out Austin Powers jokes and “apparently” it’s not cool anymore haha.
Or we’re thinking about Rockwell Somebody’s Watching Me?..but I think this is kind of rude…haha.

I wanted a grand march song that was different. We went with Good Day by Nappy Roots. It’s in the movie Neighbors, but we’ve known about it for years. It did take watching the movie to realize it was the perfect song for our wedding party!

Fiance is a DJ. I think it would be funny to come in to DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love Again by Usher, Play That Funky Music or Music by Madonna.
I haven’t pitched these ideas to him yet, haha. He’s going to have a lot of strong opinions on music suggestions!

Our parents/party walked into with Pharrell’s ‘Happy’ (had the DJ ask everyone to clap to the beat during the intro) and we walked into the room to AC/DC’s guitar intro to Thunderstruck, then transitioned to our first dance song (L.O.V.E. sung by Michael Buble)

We chose “Ain’t that a kick in the head” by Robbie Williams… Classy, upbeat, and timeless…

We came in to Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO, definitely upbeat! Everyone loved it and later that night our dance floor was packed so it was a good song to keep the energy going.
