I’m debating this as well… things to consider…

    – Some churches are not keen on you covering your face

    – When will you remove the blusher? After the entrance, or after the vows?

    – Who will remove your blusher? You, your father, your bridesmaid, or your new husband?

    – Will your Fiance want to see your face during the ceremony?

    – You are required to wear a blusher for many orthadox Jewish weddings

I think having the veil covering your face is old fashioned. Everyone, especially the groom, wants to see the bride’s face!

I’m not wearing it over my face, mostly because I want to see my Fiance clearly as soon as I start walking down the aisle and I want him to be able to see my face! But I think if you want to do it, go for it! You would still be able to see him clearly throughout the ceremony. 🙂

I wore a cathedral length veil , and it did not cover or go anywhere near my face!  It was worn low,  and my hair was gathered to one side with some clip in flowers.
