Musician and private music teacher. Most of my income comes from teaching but to be fair I live in the Bay Area where the cost of living is high so its decent but not as amazing as it seems. Now I am going back to school and not going to be working very much so I will be kissing it good by for a while.

EtaWow, lots of engineers! I guess I shouldn’t respond because I’m a sahm, but DH is in his 20s & an engineer. His company works in r&d for water treatment, particularly for oil companies. Eta I should add that, as a server in a high end restaurant, I made the equivalent of 50k plus a year.
My fiancé is cpa. He’s actually working for Bell right now, he’s still doing the CMA program though. He’s been in university since 2005, lol. He started in Marketing then moved to Accounting, did his bachelors, then re-did a bunch of courses that he’d already passed but wanted a better gpa to get into the CA program, and then got screwed anyway because they changed the rules to be that even if you have an excellent gpa (which he does) they won’t admit you if you have redone any classes.
>.< What a waste of time and money. Anyway, keep on truckin’ haha. His job right now pays quite well though.
