@mtnhoney:  My big day was almost 6 months ago. And this is STILL as distracting. Guilty Embarassed

No one has noticed but yes, I do find that I am not quite as focused as I was before getting engaged. I still accomplish my work though so it’s all good. ๐Ÿ˜›

Thankfully, I’m not working so I can focus on my wedding as much as I want.

I’m not wedding planning anymore but when I was, I was like the least motivated employee this companies ever seen. Even now that the weddings behind me, I’m still on WB all day while in the office. Hell, I should be working right now but obviously I’m not, lol.

No, if I started slacking, I’d probably get fired.  My job is high pressure and about productivity, so if I slacked, there would be major problems.

My wedding is at the end of the year, my industry’s super busy time!  So I figure I’m doing everyone a favor by getting everything done now, while it’s slow.  HAHA  ๐Ÿ™‚

I don’t work anywhere near a computer, so I’m pretty good at not being distracted.  Sometimes my co-workers will ask about my wedding and we’ll talk about it, but we work while we talk so it doesn’t affect my work at all.

Alright, I voted “YES but I’m doing a good job of meeting deadlines and no one is noticing…” but my cube is right by the hallway and basically everytime someone passes by they can see my computer screen.  I may be getting my work done but I don’t think I’m doing a good job of hiding it! LoL

I am one month before my wedding…I think my co-workers and boss know that at this point I am doing all I can just to get by.

I am staying on top of my continuously growing work load and I’m the most dependable and reliable employee here so if I want to check WB throughout the day I am going to do it.

When I have work to do, I work hard and bust my ass to get it done as quickly and accurately as possible. That way, I can finish early or designate certain tasks for certain times to appear busy when necessary and have plenty of time to plan my wedding online. In fact, I got here at 7:30 this morning, busted ass and was finished with all of my work before 11:00 AM. To be clear, I am available if something were to come up or a carrier or customer called and needed my assistance, but for the most part, “I ain’t got shit to do the rest of the day”.
