Are your children getting ready with you or FI?
Are they staying at the reception all night if so are you the one keeping an eye on them?
Where are they going to stay that night?
I am trying to think of what I am going to do with my boys.

My girls got ready with my at the salon. During the cerermony they sat with my mom and they also sat with her at dinner. There was so much family they kind of bounced from table to table with us for a while.
At 8 we had my youngest (just turned 2 at the time) go with a babysitter from her daycare that we had paid to come watch her in my mom’s hotel room (our wedding was 1.5 hours from home at a big resort so we all stayed all weekend) our oldest stayed (9 at the time) until pretty late and then when my mom left she went with her.
Darling Husband and I stayed in a room down the hall from theirs. So we had a little privacy, but we were there to get them in the morning.

My girls (11 and 9) are walking me down the aisle, so they are ‘in’ the bridal party I guess. They are getting ready with me. We have invited the daughters of friends of ours (also coming to the wedding) who are the same ages and are good friends of theirs. A relative of the other girls is coming to pick them all up around 10pm, and take them to her house for a sleepover. They are crazy-excited about the whole thing, but I think the sleepover part is what they are most looking forward to. 🙂
