Any other brides trying to loose weight before the big day? What are you trying? I just started a a weight loss program called EPX Body which is a 90 day challenge where I get paid to loose weight! So far down 4 lbs! My guy is doing it too cause he sells it and he’s already down 8 lbs! So see how it goes, but it would be awesome if I can loose a lot cause if I loose up to 50 lbs I can get paid up to $500! Were also trying to go for walks and get out more now that is getting to be summer. What are you other brides trying?

i started making a weekly menu for 500 calorie dinners. it works great! because i hate throwing together an unhealthy dinner because i do not know what to make. also it saves money on groceries.
we also joined a gym together so Fiance motivates me to work out

I’ve been doing crossfit 3x a week, and usually try and jog or something another day. We have also been eating healthier, although we have slipped up a few days ha.

I’m doing a four-week meal plan through FI’s gym that worked for him, and if it’s successful, I might continue until the big day! I’m also a big fan of using LoseIt and cutting carbs.
As for exercise, I’d love to get back into power yoga and running, but right now I’m easing into just walking after a groin pull and wrist sprain. Yeah, I’m a mess.

I am one month to my wedding and I’ve lost 8-9 pounds over the last 5 weeks by doing Isagenix, totally cutting out coffee, caffeine, soda (seltzer included), pasta and fried foods. I have been focusing on eating clean, and I drink a ton of water. I work out with a personal trainer 2x/week, and I try to do an hour of cardio 4-5x/week, and I also play tennis in adult leagues 2-3x/week. I am going to try to run 3 miles a day every day until the day of my wedding to ramp up the fitness. I hope to lose another 5-7 pounds.

Oh yea, and for the most part, absolutely no sugar for me, either (no sweets, cookies, etc.). My craving for sweets comes in the form of drinking chocolate or vanilla protein shakes…:-/

I’m using the My Fitness Pal app to track my eating, running 3x a week and cycling 30km at least once a week. Also I have gone gluten free due to a potential gluten intolerance, and am feeling and seeing a difference.

Cardio kickboxing (I’m an instructor too so it’s win-win lol) and a heavy lifting program, several times a week because I love it! 🙂 But the weight’s not coming off unless I smarten up even MORE with my food. I use MyFitnessPal.

I’m trying to lose another 28 pounds by next April. I’ve been going to the gym (like every day this week) and using cardio machines, mostly. Once I feel a bit more fit I’m going to try to use the weight machines and go to classes.
I’ve been eating well, replacing a lot of my junky things with healthier versions. Brown rice instead of potatoes, smoothies for breakfast with no milk products or juice in them. Lots of veggies, salads. Really light salad dressings.
We’re going on a kind of vacation this week (funeral, but in another country, so we’ll be there for a week). After that I’m going to start using Weight Watchers intensly. I lost about 10 pounds on it last summer.
