He had fun with the fade in-fade out technique.

Our parents/grandparents walked in to “At Last,” and made it through about half the song. He just faded it away, there was like a 5 second pause, then he faded into the bridal party song (Somebody to Love, Queen…my favorite song of the ceremony!) – and then the same thing again for my entrance, faded out Queen, then slowly faded into Your Guardian Angel for me.

@RahlyRah:

I plan on using:

  • Yellow for parents and grandparents
  • Chasing Cars for bridesmaids
  • Sweet Disposition for my bridal processional

I plan on using your same set up except I will walk to the traditional song (whatever its called)  I’m still needing to come up with songs to play while guests are arriving.  I love Don’t Stop Beleiving but need others.

@RahlyRah:  It seemed fine to me! We ran through it at the rehearsal the night before I think 2-3 times to get the timing down right and he made sure to know who he was looking for coming down the aisle as cues to when he should start fading.
