Hello my beautiful fellow four eyes! I’m wondering.. if you wear glasses on the regular, will you wear them at your wedding?
I wear mine daily. my vision is so terrible I can’t go without them. I had contacts once upon a time and I recently tried them again but I’ve developed an astigmatism and i just can’t make the contacts work for me. I’ve gone to a wedding in the past where the bride wore glasses everyday but didn’t at her wedding and she just didn’t look herself to me. My glasses are a permanent part of my face and I never even questioned not wearing them when I tie the knot. I’m curious what others are going to do!

I pretty much feel feel the same as you. I honestly just think I look weird without them I’ve never even tried contacts and I have really sensitive eyes so don’t care to. I’ll be wearing mine the whole time

I’m not wearing mine. I wear them pretty much every day but I can see without them and I just think they’re too trendy looking and might make my pictures look silly and dated when my frames go out of style. I might feel differently if my frames were more timeless!

I’m rocking my glasses. I’d be a blind bat without them, and I don’t like contacts whatsoever. I have been wearing them since I was 9, so people are used to them on my face. Fiance will be rocking his also. Nerdy look, for the win.

I have glasses and I have contacts. I’ll wear my contacts on the wedding day. 🙂 I have an astigmatism in my right eye. It took a week for me to fully get comfortable wearing the contacts. I had to start out at a few hours and up it a hour each day.

Start wearing contacts now. It will take a few weeks to get used to them, after that there is no way back, you’re not gonna want to see glasses on your face anymore. you’ll have to fight the habit of pushing the non existent glasses back up your nose 🙂

I wore contacts on my wedding day, but wear glasses normally every day. I like my glasses, but they just weren’t something I wanted included as my “look” when I got married.

I wore contacts, but I have a tendancy to switch back and forth between contacts and glasses, so I still looked like myself. I say, if you want to rock the glasses, go for it!

I’ve never tried contacts (I have such bad astigmatism that I’d have to order special hybrid lenses = $$$). But I’m hoping to order 1 pair to wear a week or 2 before the wedding day to get accusomted to, and if it gets bad on the wedding day, I’ll just switch back to my eyeglasses during reception.

Yeah, I’d like to be able to see my guy’s reaction as I come down the aisle, so I’ll be wearing glasses.
Glasses may date a photo, but so will your dress, hair, bridesmaid dresses, decor…

I wore mine for my wedding. I also wear them everyday and don’t wear contacts.

I will be wearing contacts on the day of. I wear my glasses on the regular, and contacts when I’m not feeling lazy. I prefer how I look without glasses. Not to mention my current glasses are massive (fashion statement mostly).
Honestly, if you feel like you aren’t yourself without glasses, rock them!

I wore contacts! I hate wearing glasses but my eyes are super dry so wearing contacts for more than an hour is extremely uncomfortable. I decided that I wanted to try contacts for my wedding and actually i was having so much fun that I didn’t even notice they were in! I brought my glasses with me in case I couldn’t stand them any longer.
I used to only wear contacts so wearing glasses to me is foreign so I definitely wanted to go glasses free
