Souzie :  I’m also wearing loubs. My fiancé calls me his woobs so he calls them woobatons. I wanted open toe nude shoes but there isn’t nearly enough shine so I will be swarovski’ing the F out of them!

nikbee :  Amazing!

I’ve been a Louboutin collector for over 10 years now so it was no surprise they were my wedding shoes.  But I couldn’t find a strassed pair that I liked so I purchased the shoes separately and had them customized.  Gold was one of my wedding colors.

Are you strassing your shoes yourself?  Now that is talent

I think you can get the best of both worlds and find shoes you will wear after. These are my shoes and I plan to wear them a lot after!!!

I am not even engaged yet lol but will aaaaabsolutely be wearing a self-strassed pair of shoes. I did a pair of Louboutin Declic in Volcano Swarovski that came out insaaaane. Took a long time, but I was very careful and took my time and love how they turned out.

I bought Badgley Mischka shoes for my wedding and wore them to weddings before mine to break them in, to my rehearsal dinner, wedding, and other events post wedding that I wore a black cocktail dress to. I received so many compliments on them! I did get them on a really good sale, not sure if I could justify spending $200.00 on a pair of shoes even if I did wear them to other events.

nikbee :  thank you! 😄 I saw a volcano strassed Loubi bootie on Blake Lively and knew I had to find a way to make my own. Couldn’t have done it without the Purse Forum strassing threads. Lol
