sboom :  me toooo! I have super fine hair and it does not hold anything. Curls last maybe 30 mins in my hair usually.  I almost went with a classic bun up-do because i didnt want to deal with my flat hair.

I also didnt want hair extensions. But i just couldnt get the classic hollywood glam curls out of my head. it turned out pretty well with my hair dresser advising me not to use conditioner on the day-of and telling the stylist that i dont normally hold curls so she really made them tight and put a lot of hair spray. She did curling iron and then pinned them with bobby pins and I took them out right as i was getting dressed.

My curls werent perfect all night, but they held on and still looked somewhat “styled” at least, was def more of a beach curl vibe at the end of the night lol but that was probably from me running around and dancing haha

not the most flattering, but its the latest pic of the night so you can see how it held up.

I had a few extensions put in just to add volume (they were the same length as my hair). It worked great.

I have very fine, straight hair. I wore mine in an updo. The hair stylist used a sponge in the updo to create volume. It was completely invisible. My hair stayed put all night, including through photos on a rooftop on a windy day, and a swing dance.

I have super fine hair as well. I did a low updo. It was really the only option for me. Curls just don’t hold well and my hair is sooooo sensitive to humidity. I didn’t want to risk my hair turning into a frizzball! I didn’t need extensions because I have very long hair, but I’m so glad I did an updo!

sboom :  I have very thin straight hair and let me tell you the wave iron from bed head has been my best friend. I’m bringing it for my wedding hair because it’s so easy and holds in my hair for a couple days(with volumizing dry shampoo)

I also have the same hair and I am wearing it up. I just cannot imagine messing with it all day and I don’t want it to look super flat at the end of the day. I just know I will worry about it if I wear it down. So, I’m doing a low braided style with a hair piece. This is my ispo pic

sboom :  A chignon is basically a fancy bun. There are lots of different variations.

My hair is just like this too. I am having it down as I hate having my hair up. I really don’t like the idea of extensions but may have to go that route. I have my hair trial in a week so will have a better idea of what I can expect.

sboom :  I used hair extensions (clip in so as not to damage my hair) and put it in a low updo.
