@rosie024: I can totally relate. It’s expensive, but I’m going to use some extensions if for no other reason than to give my hair some extra, much needed “oomph”.

(And my hair is naturally curly too :/)

Sorry, no pictures!

I have fine, thin hair and couldn’t find anyone near where I was married to do my hair, so I had to tackle my fear. It wasn’t what I wanted, but I was just happy to get married. Here’s a pic, but it probably doesn’t help as I did it myself. Sorry it’s not a close-up. It’s all I have here.

@rosie024: sorry I can’t really help you. I have super short hair but it is very thin. When it was longer it was a little wavy and I would just scrunch it and pin it back in all pretty places. I’m sorry!

Girl, I understand! I have the same problem! I have had my hair done in up-do’s twice as a bridesmaid. It works, they create MAGIC!  You can’t wash your hair that morning and they wil have to use a tun of styling products and hairspray. Not to mention like 100 bobby pins…HA! My hair is about the same length as yours, and it may be a good idea to trim it a little (mine’s really limp and poker straight) so it doesn’t weigh down a style.

But seriously, a good hair dresser can reallly do a great job. My hair was short for one wedding (not even to my shoulders) and my hair dresser created curls and all kinds of happiness back there….

Here’s a post that I put up to sell that dress where you can see my hair….

Good luck and just go to your hair dresser and let them “play” with you hair! 🙂
