my dress is offwhite/light ivory, and i went with ivory/gold with some accents of peach as color palette for the recepton. so i have to wear goldish jewelery i guess.
i thought about wearing pearls, but i want some nice outstanding design for the necklace. so im still looking.
what about u? do u have sth in mind?

my dress has some really pretty rhinestone-type beading with some silver beading too and so i think ill probably wear a necklace that is silver with similar (faux) diamonds to the ones on my dress. Its either that or im probably not going to wear any kind of necklace. havent quit decided.
lo…and i have no idea why my font is 2 different sizes. oops!

I’m wearing a double strand pearl necklace and a pearl bracelet with my ivory lace dress. Probably will wear some sort of pearl earrings (maybe with rhinestones?), but I haven’t picked them out yet. My dress doesn’t have any rhinestones on it, which is why I went with the pearls.

I’m wearing a 4 strand pearl bracelet and pearl studs. My dress doesn’t have any embellishments, and I wanted to stick with a very simple/clean line look! I have a huge hair flower to wear haha.

Because I have bling and beading on the top of the bodice of my dress going all the way around, I opted to go for big mamma blinged out earrings and a headband. No necklace. I will also be wearing a bracelet which I’m hoping will be my something borrowed from my mom.
Here’s the dress (mine is ivory), then earrings, headband

My ivory lace dress has no sparklies/beading on it. Borrowing a strand of my grandmother’s pearls and pearl earrings is a natural choice. I could just as easily go with sparkly jewelry, but wearing my grandmother’s pearls is bridal, traditional, and I’d even say timeless. 🙂

I wore all this with my ivory dress (the gold locket was tied on my bouquet).

I went for pearls and gunmetal…specifically this necklace from J.Crew:

Here was mine: three-strand real pearl necklace and faux pearl drop earrings.
NotFroofy’s: faux pearl necklace, earrings that were her “something borrowed.”
