I would leave off the necklace and just go with earrings and a bracelet. I love the style of the dress.

if your BMs are happy with more statement earring, I’d chose that and a bracelet/bangle over the necklace.

My BMs are wearing a one shoulder dress as well and I agree with long earrings and a bracelet. I don’t like the look of the necklace with that type of dress.
