Okay ladies so I”m trying to lock down stuff for my Bridesmaid or Best Man, 4 total.
First, some wedding “feel” background….
If you’ve seen my other posts you know we’re having a very offbeat 60s/70s All You Need Is Love kinda shindig
(For the attire though I needed something that all my “maids” looked flattering in.. and I didn’t have to worry about anything “falling out” so we wen’t a little more formal)
The Groomsmen will all be in White Tuxes (white I originally wanted the WHOLE party in.. but couldn’t) =( and they will be wearing chocolate skinny ties and Chocolate converse
sidenote: I’m starting to question my sanity on this one, but Fiance wants it and I’m trusting it’s gonna pull together…sigh
(back on track)
The Bridesmaid or Best Man will be in truffle dresses with the same color shoes…
2 Bridesmaid or Best Man will have 1 kind of shoe and the other 2 will be in something different (we totally had an “out of stock not selling anymore issue)
Now I’m not real sure what to do for their jewelry…
I’m currently leaning toward a long strand of “pearls” knotted…. but wonder if there’s anything else that might look good as well..
here’s all the necessary pics for you bees to help
I started looking around and there’s so many neat “vintage” looks out there, but I worry that they’ll clash with all the white since most are off-white or ivory.
Any suggestions would be great!

bump w/ new info…..
I think I found where I can get the necklaces well within our budget…
and any opinions on these earring sets?.. I figured I could let the girls decide which they liked the best?..
ANY suggestions would be great! I’ve literally lost sleep over this one =/

With the kind of dress they’ll be wearing, I think a necklace won’t be necessary, although it will be nice. I think having earrings with the dress, however, is great. From the set, I think the 1st, 2nd, and 4th pair are really nice. If your bridesmaids’ hair will be lifted up ala Audrey Hepburn or something similar, I believe dangling earrings like the following will also look fine:

@karstevens992 thanks… I like the dangly earrings… although I don’t think any of them will be wearing their hair up… it’s a morning ceremony. lol
I don’t want them to look all “plain” and I’m not a fan of bracelets… the necklaces I found are well within budget so I think I can keep them.
I’m just fretting that my girls with the guys aren’t going to come together… eek! lol

I thought Breakfast at Tiffany’s too when I saw the dress and read your theme. You could also reference the Supremes but they’re more glitzy with poufier hair.
You could do long white gloves, keep the necklace (I think the long pearls would look nice), and maybe add a vintage brooch and one of the earrings. Hair in an up-do or half up. False eyelashes would add glamour.
A fun photo at the reception would be to have your bridal party all wearing sunglasses.

@hunni b thanks… the class/glam is definitely not in theme though…
Our theme is VERY retro “All You Need Is Love” and not so much glam/classy
the Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses were picked solely for coverage and fit for all my girls. (size 2 to 22)
And… I know none of them will want to do there hair up.. other than they’re all very “plain jane” we gotta get up on be on the road by 615 to make to venue in time to get ready (in 2 hrs) lol
That would make for a GREAT photo though!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now my creative minds workin…. lol
