For every brunch I go to I make a French Toast Casserole. It is AWESOME and is now requested everytime I am invited somewhere. It’s by Paula Deen. It’s not a “healthy” dish by any means, but it’s  DEFINATELY worth it!!!

Mimosas are a must!

If you don’t feel like quiche, you make a big batch of scrambled eggs and then keep it warm in a crock pot.

I’m a huge brunch fan, so if I think of anything else I’ll let you know!

I am planning to do something similar, a nice High Tea/brunch for some of my closer friends (some of which won’t be able to make it to the wedding so this is a nice way to still celebrate together) –outside in our own garden, having it decorated with cute stuff. I am thinking different teas, finger sandwiches, scones with cream&jam…

@Lauren1018 That french toast casserole sounds yummie — can’t get the link to work atm though 🙁

I did a Bridesmaids Brunch – I love brunch! I made reservations at a nice restaurant and came in early to set up a few things. I had a ribbon pull cake, single flowers at each of their place settings with their names on them and after we ate I gave them their presents (Open Heart pendant on a chain from Tiffany). I think what they liked most about it was feeling appreciated and the opportunity to spend a few hours together before the craziness started!
