David’s bridal would be best(and if there’s not a store, they can order online!), b/c they’re freaking everywhere, LOL. Another option, if they’re all about the same size, would also be a dept. store, with it being prom season. There are still simple, classy prom gowns out there(Sorry, I say that,  b/c I see these band aids these girls wear the last 5 years, and remember our HS would have turned us away at the door!).

Also, Alfred Angelo has stores. Those would be the 3 most inexpensive routes I can give you. DB has really pretty tea length dresses, which would probably be a great option around your date and location.

Another thing, is the KIND of wedding you want. casual, semi-formal, formal or black tie. Those things count!

Happy hunting and welcome to the Bee 🙂

I had this same dilemma! Same budget, style/color of dress, location dilemma etc. I ended up going with this from AA: http://www.alfredangelo.com/collections/styles/7139

I bought my dress at AA so each girl got $20 off their dress, but even without any discount the dress is only $115. I’m also glad I gave it a chance because honestly, I think it looks pretty terrible on the model. It looked so much better on my girls. I have 5 girls with very different body styles (I’m sure with 9 girls you have the same issue) and it was very flattering on all.

The good thing about AA or David’s, etc. is that they can usually find one of those near them (in my case, the girls just got fitted at an AA-authorized boutique and placed the order over the phone).

Good luck! Smile

I agree with Alfred Angelo, really nice styles for reasonable prices + they have retailers everywhere.

I almost went with David’s Bridal because I thought I had to (same issue with BMs all in different places), but I really wasn’t impressed by their selection and then I read some iffy reviews about the quality of their dresses so I went looking elsewhere.

I emailed all of the girls today with my selection for their dress, stores they could find the dress in their area, plus an online authorized retailer.

Alfred Angelo dresses go from $99-$179 accordeing to the site, I’m sure you’ll find something you like!
