@HappyFLbride:  Would you be open to the idea of mixing and matching dresses? It really does sound like a challenge to put all 3 girls in the same dress. What if you chose the color and material and have them choose style?

@HappyFLbride:  What is your budget? When I thought one of my bridesmaids might be 8 months pregnant, I was looking at Jenny Yoo dresses. She has three short maternity dresses and then many other bridesmaid dresses. I was going to put the maternity bride in this dress: http://www.jennyyoo.com/maternity03.html#

And then the others in this dress, which allows them to pick their own neckline: http://www.jennyyoo.com/images/nabi/keira-looks.pdf

You might want to consider something with straps.  These moms will probably be grateful for the extra support for their larger pregnancy/nursing breasts.  Also, anything that is empire style will work.  Flowing chiffon in this style is an excellent option!  It’ll give plenty of room for the baby weight/baby belly.  You can find these types of styles with pretty much any designer.  Plus, it’ll work for the lean girl, as well!
