I would add some crinoline or lace to the bottom

@bmrhodes:  you could definitely add the same thing to each dress. hopefully you can find a lace that goes with the fabric

If you were going to add lace, I would add it to all of them.

I say wait to see what it looks like before making any decisions.  Plus she might just be insecure and the dress might be fine. 🙂  At the end of the day, you can add some lace or something on the bottom of all the dresses. 🙂

Honeslty, if she stood you up then that’s too bad for her and someone should remind her that nobody cares what she looks like and it is you that people will be looking at!  If she cares more about an inch too much of her leg showing than being a bridemaid then she can wear something else and be a reader instead of a bridesmaid maybe?

add tulle or crinoline to all of them.. but definitely don’t kick her out because her dress is too short!
