Please help. I have chosen a lovely taffeta 1950s style wedding dress ad completely adore this flower girl dress
Because it has ruffles, and is also taffeta, I am starting to think my bridesmaid dresses should also be taffeta.
Please let me know what you all think of this dress
Coral, jade, slate and the indigo above are all color options.
Do you all like it? Would you wear it? My bridesmaids have different fashion sensibilities and I would like to run it by you before I approch them
I SO much appreciate ALL comments

I think the dress is very flattering and would be easy and comfortable to wear. I think the ruffles would match your flower girl’s dress very well. Personally, you’ll never see a single ruffle anywhere in my closet, but that’s just my personal style. It wouldn’t make sense for a Bridesmaid or Best Man to complain if her dress doesn’t match her style because few Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses are ever meant to be worn again anyway. So yes, I’d wear that dress to your wedding, but probably find another home for it afterward. 🙂
As a Bridesmaid or Best Man, the only reason I would veto a dress is if I had modesty issues with it or if the color of the dress completely washed me out. I have a pale complexion and can’t wear any pastels without looking sick. For someone like me, jade or indigo would be the best colors, and coral would be ok too. Maybe you should ask your BM’s which colors work best for them and go from there.
