I am having a hard time finding bridesmaid dresses to suit everyone. 2 of my girls are 5’3″, 2 are average height, and 2 are 5’11” & 6′. I’ve gone back and forth from knee length to floor length, and have come into problems with both! The knee length end up being mini’s for the taller girls, and the longer gowns end up being too short for them!
Most are traveling from out of state/country, so I don’t want them to spend any more than $100-150. I know David’s Bridal offers long length on some, but not the styles we were looking at. AND, I’m super skeptical about going through one of the Chinese sites, as we simply cannot afford to be one of the horror stories.
We are looking for any neckline really, but a chiffon floor or knee length that will look simple yet elegant and forgiving with curves. Please help!

I’d suggest having your BMs choose their own dress given boundaries of style and color. or maybe even have the shorter two wear one drsss style, the medium two another, and the taller two another.

Thank you for the advice, and we have been looking for different necklines keeping within the same color palatte and material, but call me old fashioned, I do want to keep some uniformity about it. My Fiance, if he had to decide, would have them in the same dresses and color to save stress.

I had a similar issue. 4 of my BMs were 5’3-5’5 and one of them was 6′. The DB styles we looked at were obscenely short on my tall BM! One option was to choose a tea length dress with a definitely waist that would be practically knee length on the tallest girl, and hem the dress to knee length for the rest.
In the end, we got our dresses at Nordstrom where they offered the dress in 2 lengths (Petite and Regular). They offer this for many dresses, and if you sign up for their card, the alterations are free or heavily discounted.
