Has anybody else used Davids Bridal for bridesmaid dresses, specifically in the “ballet” color? Can I see pictures?
There are so few dresses available in the color I want, there are a couple dresses I like the shape of but they are in “coral reef” or “guava” but I am going for a vintage feel so I thought they would be too bright.
Anybody have pictures of dresses in any of the three colors I mentioned? What should I do?!

I have always planned to get my bridesmaid dresses from Dessy. http://www.dessy.com
They have a bunch of vintage looking dresses and a variety of colors. I don’t know if you are set on going through David’s Bridal, but if not, give Dessy a look.

My bridesmaid dresses will NOT be from David’a Bridal after having a horrible experience getting a bridesmaid dress for another wedding from there. They somehow lost my dress, then claimed I never ordered one, then said it was out of stock and delivered a dress in the right color but wrong size and I don’t think the same style I ordered only 3 days before the wedding – so I got to pay over $150 in alterations when I ordered 5 months before the wedding.

posting to follow, as i had plans of using DB for a ballet-color bridesmaid dress. i’m a little sad at how few options they have. every other place i look is upwards of $200, which seems like a lot to ask in my situation…
post if you have any luck elsewhere!!
