I was the same way- I always loved the short look.  I am having an early October wedding and my girls begged me for long because they didnt want to be shivering all night… So I gave in and shortly after my vision switched and now I am excited to the long dress look 🙂

@nkwilson2: I see what you’re saying– you want an informal look, and tea length is totally adorable. But, it is September, and outdoors in the evening. For the season, your bridesmaids may get chilly. Have you considered perhaps a less formal looking long dress?

I was considering this dress myself:(Which, btw, comes in a tea-length size)

It’s not too formal that my ladies can’t wear them again, and it won’t cost a zillion dollars either. But, when push comes to shove, it’s your wedding. Good luck!

My girls prefered long dresses too. I want them to be happy, comfortable, and warm, so I agreed.

@nkwilson2: Thank you! I can’t take credit for that, I stole it from another poster under the bridesmaids dresses board. Nothing else struck me as useable until I saw it, and I’ve been looking for something less formal as well.
