There are convertible bras that can be worn halter style, where you would only have straps around your neck and your waist that would provide good support while leaving the back open. That probably will be the best option for you.
However, if you are unable to find one of those in your size, there always would be the option of having a good seamstress add a beautiful, flesh-colored panel (think ice-skater outfit quality) to the back of the dress.

such great advice ladies. My fitting got moved to later this week. I am going to ask about sewn in pads and I got a pair of high wasted panites. We will see how that goes. Meanwhile, I’m doing yoga! Tighten up my back, cause there are sure to pics! :O)

What if you got a low back bra and had a seamestress build it into the dress? If you’re large breasted then stick on bras won’t really work that great if you can even find them in your size.
