A friend of mine is doing bright colours of pink, purple and green. I think that it’s going to look amazing.

im also planning and aug 09 wedding (yay), and want to have different colored dresses. right now, i’m stuck on raspberry/magenta, mango, and pool. i love the bright colors. i would have six maids with two in each color.

i think a purple – aubergine – color would look nice with persimmon and green.

You don’t necessarily have to go with a 3rd color.  If you like persimmon & green, look for dresses that have alternating pieces that compliment each other.  i.e. persimmon dress w/green sash, and green dress w/ persimmon sash and mix it up among the 3 BMs.

If you flip through the bridal mags, you’ll see ads with pics of full bridal parties that mix it up this way.  There’s many vendors to choose from.  Good luck!  I did not want my BMs to wear exactly the same dresses, so I chose different shades of pink and they all got to choose their own style of dress and color…all from the same vendor and it was great!

You could also try a lemony yellow – if your green is a bright (grass or apple) green I think that would look nice and summery.
