What is the fabric? Natural fabrics take dye far better synthetic.

Hiso Darakhchyan :  tulle could be made of polyester or silk, and same for the lace…so just knowing the type doesn’t tell us much. You need to know the fabric content. 

Regardless, I think you should probably just try to love the dress as-is. Even if it’s a good candidate to dye, you shouldn’t try doing it yourself – you’d want to have a professional do it – and that gets pricey quickly. Plus, there are no assurances the color will turn out as you expect (I’ve dyed many items, and it’s always a bit of a surprised what you get)
