bucky91 :  Any color would go with ivory over champagne. Sage sounds nice, or a blue. I really can’t think of any that wouldn’t go. Maybe avoid purple? Anything else should be fine.

I did black, but blush looked really pretty with my dress too (ivory lace over champagne)

Pretty much any colour. Pastels might be easiest. I had a champange/ivory dress and did lilac dresses, my friend did mint, sky blue and blush would also be lovely… but I can’t see what colour wouldn’t work.

In your photo the dress is more on the blush side of champagne rather than gold. There are no colors that won’t work.

Sage or dove grey would be my favorites.

Ivory and champagne are pretty neutral, so any color would match. My dress was ivory/champagne and I did a lilac/lavender color (it was “Wisteria” from Azazie) and it looked great.

Your champagne underlay looks like a pale blush pink sort of champagen so why not keep with the theme and have blush bridesmaid? . Navy blue would look nice too  or how about ivory dresses with gold accents to work in the metallic theme. I think the only colour to avoidis citrus tones since I think anything apricot or orangey would clash.  As others have suggested a soft sage or even peppermint green would look great.
