    Maybe you love that they are floor length, but the length is my least favorite part of these – I would shorten them. And, like other posters, add a sash and/or cardigan/bolero.

    If you want an honest opinion, it is not a nice dress.  The colour, fabric, straps, length, pretty much everything is not good here.

    Maybe shorten it and add a layer of crinoline to it? That way the dress won’t look so slinky like a nightgown. Also, I think boleros and/or belts could transform it!

    I agree with @padme. Nothing about this dress appeals to me = And I don’t see it looking flattering on anyone, really. It looks like an old nightgown, and it does nothing for the figure in the picture. They don’t look heavy at all, but it makes this person look frumpy. I can’t imagine it on a bigger girl…
