I was in a wedding where were ordered infinity dresses off Etsy. They are WONDERFUL! Of course, it depends on the seller, so you’ll want to read the reviews very thoroughly!

My friend wanted bm dresses from etsy.  We all paid the $175 price tag and had ourselves professionally measured.  We were super excited about the cute dresses headed our way…except they were TERRIBLE!  They were 2 months lates and not a single one of the dresses fit and on top of it the seller took ages to get back to us.  Then she started a facebook fight with one of the other bridesmaids.  It was a nightmare!  It wasn’t one of the sellers the PPs listed, but just make sure you do a lot of research!  We had found that seller through a Martha Stewart wedding mag.

I really like the dresses but I’m not sure that buying Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses online from a private seller is the best idea.  What if they don’t fit?  What if you hate the material?  What if the color is off?  What if they don’t arrive in time?

I personally think that you could find something very similar for $165 or less from J Crew, Ann Taylor, etc.  Especially during one of their sales.

@ktkoala:  It was Dalina: http://www.etsy.com/shop/Dalina. She was fantastic! She sent color samples, did everything exactly on time, was super responsive… and the dresses were only $89 each! The straps are a bit shorter than some infinity dresses, but they turned out beautifully!

Interesting! I would have never thought to look on etsy for bridesmaids’ dresses.
