old navy flip flops, semi-personalized water bottle, personalized tote, make up from e.l.f., a bottle of nice smelly stuff that I got on sale at bath & body works. That’s all so far!

I had custom tote bags made for each girl… they all have different cities on them, based on their hometowns.

For Maid/Matron of Honor (my sister): A coach wallet, The Hills season 1, a robe, avon pedicure set with a make-up bag, bath salts and fancy soap.

For the BM’s: Coach wrestles, a book that involves an inside joke between us, a robe, avon pedicure set with make-up bag, bath salts, and fancy soap.

I’m doing smaller things for my Mom, Future Mother-In-Law and Future Sister-In-Law.

I had seven bridesmaids, including my sister the Maid/Matron of Honor, and a junior bridesmaid (my niece).  Being a bride on a budget with this many bridesmaids sadly limited my budget for gifts-honestly something I didn’t even consider while putting together our bridal party.  My bridesmaids were all very different which also made it quite difficult to find “batch” gifts.  So here’s what I did:

Picture frames – each with a decorated card including my favorite memory of that person and sharing my gratitude that they were there to share in my day and all the events leading up to it!  Behind each card in the frame was a picture of that person and myself together.

$50 gift cards to a store of their interest – One of my bridesmaids is training for the Chicago marathon so hers was to a running store, another is big into cycling so hers was to the local bike shop, a couple were to Victoria’s Secret to help feed their love of underwear, another was to Sephora, etc.

Also included were chocolate bars (Emergency Chocolate – great for the occasion), mints, tissues, and a few other day of things I thought they might like to stash in their dress pockets.

For my niece I got her reading related items (she reads about a book a week for recreation – not bad for an 11 year old) so I did some serious shopping at Barnes and Noble and got her a Vera Bradley book cover and journal and a giftcard to get some books of her own!

Just be conscious of your bridesmaids’ interest because you don’t want to spend money on something they’re not going to enjoy also.
