Hello, Wedding Bees!
I am looking for some opinions on bridesmaid gifts I am looking to put together for my girls. Quick background info…all of my girls have very different personalities, styles, hobbies, etc. so I want to find something that has some uniformity, but also caters to their individualities.
I am thinking of putting together a kitchen-themed gift basket/box/bag with:
1) a custom engraved cutting board (like this: https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/462007303/custom-cutting-board-home-living?ref=hp_rv)
2) a specially-chosen cookbook for each one based on their tastes, interests, etc.
3) some locally-made olive oils and spices
Does this seem like an appropriate gift? I know it is different from a lot of the traditional ideas so I would love to hear some opinions about whether or not this is a good avenue to purse.

I think it’s great! I would like that gift. Do they all cook? I assume they do. I’m also going the non-traditional route with LL bean totes, slippers, and cozy blankets. I wanted to give a gift that seemed like something I would actually give, and I am not a jewelry or a customizedd water bottle girl. Also, careful on the custom engraving. I nixed anything having to do with last initials for my girls because 2 out of 3 are getting married within a year of my wedding and I didn’t want to jump the gun, but I also didn’t want to have a last initial with an expiration date.

I know I would LOVE that gift, especially the olive oils!
It is definitely different than the typical Bridesmaid or Best Man gifts, but it is very thoughtful, and useful!

I find it very impersonal when someone buys basically the same gift for a group of people.
